The candidate experience

Know what happens before you answer.

Your first-round interview is with GlowHR's AI interviewer. Here's exactly what happens before, during, and after, and who makes the decision. (Spoiler: a person does.)

Candidate taking notes during a clear interview conversation

01 - Before the interview

See the role focus, interview format, expected duration, and recording disclosure before you begin. Recording happens only when enabled and is disclosed before the interview starts.

02 - During the interview

GlowHR's AI interviewer conducts the conversation, asks role-relevant questions, and may ask a follow-up when an answer needs more detail. That's a chance to show more, not a sign you got it wrong.

03 - After the interview

Your interview is evaluated against the role's criteria and made available to the hiring team for review. The hiring team decides whether you move forward.

Clarity is part of a fair interview.

You should know what is recorded, what is evaluated, and how your interview is used. Recording, when enabled, is disclosed before the interview begins.

GlowHR is designed to make the process understandable before the interview begins - not hide important decisions behind an AI system.
